You can get a 2 FREE months of ediet.com’s help if you go to http://www.discovery.com/health and register with the National Weight Lost Challenge. Here’s how it works. You go to a Discovery store on the 15th or 16th and get weighed(you have to make an appointment on the web page). I think they also have a nutritionist and exercise coach there to give you advice. After you make your appointment you can go over to ediets.com and register for 2 months of free diet menu’s, exercise plans and grocery lists.
